SHIPPING POLICY
Where do we ship?
We currently ship everywhere within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. We also ship internationally. Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and 2-4 weeks for orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, all other US territories, and APO/FPO, and international addresses.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, including expedited orders. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or US federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, your processing will start the following Monday. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from when they're processed.
If your order was placed using Expedited Shipping, it should arrive within 5 business days from when it was placed.
For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and all other US Territories, and international destinations please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping?
USA: We charge a $7.50 flat rate for standard shipping + taxes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more within the US. We charge a $35.00 flat rate for expedited shipping.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to international destinations at this time.
Do you require a signature?
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order.
